5 Ways to Order

ORDER ONLINE — To place an order on our secure website, simply add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select the "Check Out" button. This will display the contents of your cart, and give you the option to check out, make corrections, or continue shopping. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

ORDER BY PHONE — Call one of our Customer Service Representatives
Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM Eastern Time at 888-522-7696.

ORDER BY FAX — Choose "Print this Order" from your shopping cart, fill in billing and shipping information and FAX anytime to 610-544-8268.

After you have verified that all of the information on your e-mail is correct, press the "send" button and your order will be processed. If any of this information is incorrect, please notify us ASAP by calling Customer Service 610-544-8888, or by e-mailing to: corrections@ browninc.com.

Your Logo

MOST FACILITY LOGOS CAN BE REPRODUCED ON DESIGN ITEMS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! E-mail vector art or bold logos with 300 dpi using jpeg, tiff, eps or pdf or full size resolution photos to orders@browninc.com. Bold designs work best. Customers supplying copyright (tm r c) artwork are responsible for authorization for its use.

YOU CAN ORDER LESS THAN 10! Use the price shown for 10+, just add $6 for each group of less than 10 alike items. There is no set-up fee for our standard Years of Service, Employee of the Month and Year, and Star Recognition Award Pins as shown.

Delivery

DELIVERY in USA 2 WEEKS OR 1 WEEK RUSH SERVICE — Standard delivery for pins & keyholders is 2 weeks from the day we receive your order. For 1 week Rush Service 20% will be added to the subtotal. GemPens, 2-3 week delivery only.

Years of Service, Employee of the Month and Year, and Star Recognition Award Pins as shown are delivered in one week with no rush charge. If you have a special delivery need, please call customer service at 1-888-522-7696. No rush service for delivery outside of USA, orders will be shipped via air from Brown Industries within 2 weeks from receipt of order.

Changing or Canceling an Order

To change or cancel an order, call 1-888-522-7696, Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM Eastern Time. In either case, please refer to your order number when requesting a change. Due to our fast turn-around time and the customization of each order, changes can only be made at an early stage of production. Customer Service can tell you the status of your order and if a change or cancellation is possible.

Payment

PAYMENT — All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. Dollar ($) currency. For online orders, Brown Industries, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please include your "Ship To" address and the address where your credit card billing statement is sent, for your protection.

Sales Tax

PENNSYLVANIA SALES TAX 6% — PA Sales Tax will be added only if delivery is within PA. 7% will be added for PA Allegheny/Philadelphia counties. If your organization is tax exempt in Pennsylvania send copy of PA Tax Exempt Certificate.

Shipping Charges

SHIPPING — Please provide a street address for delivery within the U.S. For special shipping requests call Customer Service Monday through Friday, 8AM - 6PM Eastern Time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — International orders are normally shipped via UPS Worldwide Service. For international orders, Brown Industries, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Additional charges for shipping, duty and taxes of the destination country will be added.
