When you are ready, select the "Check Out" button. This will display the contents of your cart, and give you the option to check out, make corrections, or continue shopping. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. ORDER BY PHONE — Call one of our Customer Service Representatives ORDER BY FAX — Choose "Print this Order" from your shopping cart, fill in billing and shipping information and FAX anytime to 610-544-8268. Up to 50 letters & spaces on Medallion Pin and 40 letters & spaces on the Custom Expressions Pin. Plaques: Please type your wording as you want it to appear on plaque. Maximum 9 lines (indicate which lines are bold, medium and small). Up to 3 bold lines with 22 letters and spaces. Other lines up to 32 letters and spaces. GemPens™: Laser Engraved wording is Free on 10 or more alike items. Use up to 28 letters & spaces. Customers supplying copyright (™ ® ©) wording are responsible for authorization for its use. Use the price shown for 10+, just add $ for each group fewer than 10 alike with same item, wording, stone color/center design and plating. There is no small order fee for our plaques, and ready to ship Years of Service, Employee and Star of the Month, Employee of the Year, and Award pins. Cards offered in packs of 25. Duplicates To avoid duplicating your order do not send confirming copies. Delivery DELIVERY in USA STANDARD 2 WEEKS OR 1 WEEK RUSH SERVICE from the day we receive your order until it arrives at your facility. For 1 week Rush Service % will be added to the subtotal. Changing or Canceling an Order To change or cancel an order, call 1-888-522-7696, Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM Eastern Time. In either case, please refer to your order number when requesting a change. Due to our fast turn-around time and the customization of each order, changes can only be made at an early stage of production. Customer Service can tell you the status of your order and if a change or cancellation is possible. Payment PAYMENT — All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. Dollar ($) currency. For online orders, Brown Industries, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is due within 2 weeks of delivery. Please include your "Ship To" address and the address where your credit card billing statement is sent, for your protection. Purchase orders accepted from creditworthy organizations. Individuals prepay by credit card or check. Sales Tax PENNSYLVANIA SALES TAX 6% — applies only to shipments to Pennsylvania. 7% will be added for Allegheny County, PA and 8% tax for Philadelphia, PA. If your organization is tax exempt in Pennsylvania send copy of PA Tax Exempt Certificate. Brown Industries only location is in Pennsylvania. Customers outside PA are responsible for paying applicable use tax directly to their state. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — International orders are shipped within 10 days from the day we receive your order or rush order will be within 1 week. International orders are normally shipped via UPS Worldwide Service. Upon request we will ship via Fed Ex or UPS using your shipper number. We ship to government APO and PPO locations via USPS. For international orders, Brown Industries, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Additional charges for shipping, duty and taxes of the destination country will be added.
