1. Vector (Line) Art: opens with Adobe Illustrator ® CS3-CS6 or CorelDraw
• All fonts must be converted to Outlines/Curves
• Send as a EPS, AI, Illustrator PDF or CDR file.

2. Bitmap (Raster / Pixel) Art: opens with Adobe Photoshop ® CS3-CS6
• Resolution must be 300dpi or greater with a 4” image size or larger.
• Send as a PSD, TIF, PDF, JPG or BMP file.

For Engravable items and Plaques - Vector (Line) Art is strongly preferred. If all you have is Bitmap (Raster) Art, the resolution should be 600 dpi or greater with a 6” image size.

What if I do not have access to one of the “camera-ready” formats listed above?
We understand there are instances when sending lower quality art is better than sending nothing at all. If this is the case, send what you have and we will do our best to make it work. What is the maximum size limit per file?
Our maximum size limit is 25MB per file.

Are there any file formats that you can not accept?
We can not accept Microsoft Publisher or Powerpoint files. We also cannot use GIF files or logos taken from a web site as these files are very low resolution and are meant to display on a computer screen and look very pixelated when printed.

What if my art/logo is copyrighted?
Customers supplying copyrighted (TM ® ©) artwork are responsible for authorization for its use.
